Indeed, we provide global shipping, and we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping costs. Wherever you are in the world, you can experience the beauty of our artworks delivered directly to your door.
All orders are shipped on Wednesdays. During the launch phase, shipments will remain weekly, but they are expected to become daily by the end of 2025.
EU Shipping: 5 to 10 business days (no taxes or customs duties)
Rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days (sales taxes and customs duties may apply — these fees are the customer's responsibility)
No delivery to P.O. boxes.
No, we only sell unframed screen prints. We leave the choice of framing to the customer, depending on their interior style. The sizes are standard to offer you a wide range of frame options available from most retailers.
We recommend frames with matte glass to enhance the contrast with the mirrored elements of the artworks.

Every screen print is handled with the utmost care. Your artwork is delicately rolled and placed in an extra-thick, archival-grade tube, then secured within reinforced packaging to ensure maximum protection. Crafted with robust mirror-finish paper and premium inks, each piece is designed to withstand transit and arrive in pristine, exhibition-ready condition.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personal tracking link.

Each artwork is meticulously hand-signed and individually numbered by the artist, affirming its authenticity and uniqueness.
To further guarantee provenance, an anti-counterfeit seal is discreetly placed on both the artwork and its certificate of authenticity, offering you absolute confidence in the originality of your piece.
Should you wish to cancel your order before it departs from our studio, please contact us without delay at arcanis@arcanis-gallery.com .
Please be advised that a €30 processing fee will apply to all cancellations, reflecting the administrative work already undertaken to prepare your piece.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We respectfully request that your package be securely and carefully protected to ensure the artwork's safe return to our studio.
In accordance with applicable laws, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal. Should you choose to return a piece, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
The artwork must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation, in its original condition and carefully protected. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a confirmation email, informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Kindly note that returns based on a change of model are not accepted, as each piece is selected with intent and care.
If you placed an order with us but have not received a confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Please contact us at arcanis@arcanis-gallery.com to verify if we have received an order under your name. We will be happy to correct your registered email address and send you the order confirmation.
In some cases, the order may not have been successfully processed. Please reach out to us before placing a new order to avoid any duplicates.
We do not offer custom works. The artworks are available exclusively in the sizes listed on our website.
For packages lost during shipping, any claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Rest assured, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement order.
Before proceeding, we may ask for your assistance in confirming the accuracy of your shipping address. It would also be wise to check with your local post office to attempt to locate the lost package.
Please note, if tracking information shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, we cannot accept responsibility and will not resend the order. In this case, any replacement will be at your expense.

• Size S (30x40 cm): Limited to 250 editions
• Size M (50x70 cm): Limited to 200 editions
• Size L (70x100 cm): Limited to 150 editions
• Size XL (100x140 cm): Limited to 99 editions
Sculptures:
• Size S: Limited to 99 editions + 25 EA
• Size M: Limited to 50 editions + 12 EA
• Size L: Limited to 8 editions + 4 EA
• Size XL: Limited to 1 edition
