Returns (14 days)

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• in the same condition as received,

• unused,

• in its original packaging,

• with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We charge no restocking fees.

No final sale items

There are no final sale items: all items may be returned according to the terms above.

How to start a return

Please include:

• your order number,

• the item(s) you wish to return,

• the reason for the return (optional).

If your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.

Important: Items sent back to us without requesting a return first may not be accepted.

Damages, defects, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at arcanis@arcanis-gallery.com and include clear photos of:

• the item,

• the packaging (inside and outside),

• the shipping label.

We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement if possible, or a refund).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
