Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In the case of a high volume of orders or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, you will be notified by email.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Europe: 5 to 10 business days
International (outside Europe): 7 to 15 business days
